MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on May 15, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Deanne Pereyda appeared on behalf of Complainant Arizona Tile, LLC. Paul Molyneaux, Josh Bell, and Christine Hefflefinger were also present on behalf of Complainant. Warren Wilmot appeared on behalf of Respondent B O S S Flooring Solutions, LLC. Prior to the commencement of the hearing, the parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of that agreement. The Administrative Law Judge found good cause to continue the hearing and set the matter for a written Status Update.

Confirming that advisement, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a written Status Update on August 14, 2023. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
