ORDER UPHOLDING SUMMARY SUSPENSION AND VACATING HEARING

The matter came before the Administrative Law Judge on March 13, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. The Arizona Registrar of Contractors was represented by Assistant Attorney General Seth T. Hargraves, Esq.; George Wiley, Owner, appeared on behalf of Respondent. At the hearing, Mr. Wiley indicated that he agreed that the summary suspension would remain in effect pending further proceedings, if any.

Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the summary suspension shall remain in effect pending further proceedings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any.
