ORDER

Pending before the Office of Administrative Hearings is Complainant’s request that the “Registrar’s investigators, employees, or attorneys” appear in person for the hearing in this matter. Complainant’s reasons for the request included that Complainant’s internet was not reliable and that during previous similar online meetings, she has lost her connection part way through the meeting.

While the Administrative Law Judge recognizes Complainant’s internet issues presents valid reasons for her to appear in person, nothing in the request presents cause for any other party to appear in person during the hearing. To the extent Complainant was seeking an order from the Administrative Law Judge compelling in-person attendance at the hearing, such a request is DENIED. It is up to the other parties involved in this matter to appear in person if they wish to do so. Complainant’s intent to appear in person is noted.
