On July 27, 2023, the parties, through Respondent’s counsel, filed a Notice of Filing Stipulated Notice of Settlement, Request to Vacate Hearing, and Request for ROC to Dismiss and Close Complaint (“Notice”), with the Office of Administrative Hearings. The Notice advises that the parties have fully resolved the issues in this matter and requests that the hearing currently scheduled for August 9, 2023, be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
