After the matter was taken under submission, on August 14, 2023, Complainant submitted a declaration that the remaining Directive items concerning the cabinets was completed to her satisfaction, with the exception of one door still on order that will be scheduled for install upon delivery

Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any.
