On August 15, 2023, Respondent submitted a “Motion to Allow Respondent’s April 12th, 2023 Jobsite Inspection Recording Into Evidence for October 5th, 2023 Hearing for Reason of Impeachment” and a “Motion to Exclude Testimony of Any Alleged Witness(es) Not Identified in Complainant’s Complaint or Disclosure Statement or from any Witness not Having First Hand Knowledge of Issue Raised in Complaint.”
