ORDER VACATING HEARING

The matter came before the Administrative Law Judge on March 17, 2023, at 9:00 A.M. Arizona Registrar of Contractors was represented by Assistant Attorney General Seth T. Hargraves, Esq.; Steven Amariyas appeared on behalf of Respondent applicant. At the hearing Mr. Amariyas indicated he agreed with the Registrar’s position and that he was withdrawing his appeal.

Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any.
