Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter scheduled for October 12, 2023, and any further pending proceedings are vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action, if any.
