On June 8, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss and Close Case with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised they have “stipulate[d] and agree[d] that Complainant Bostick’s claims against Richmond American Construction in Case No. 2023-00289 be closed and dismissed . . .” The parties further requested that the scheduled hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
