Therefore, good cause appearing, this matter is set for a written Status Update on December 4, 2026. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing; or

Inform the Tribunal that the resolution was not fulfilled and request that the matter be set for hearing.
