The parties advised the Office of Administrative Hearing that a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter has been reached and the hearing currently scheduled for April 24, 2025, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.
