On January 31, 2023, Respondent, through counsel, filed a Notice of Dismissal of Notice of Appeal with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised that it “dismisses its Notice of Appeal that was submitted on December 19, 2022, and further requests that the hearing scheduled for February 9, 2023 be vacated.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
