On February 1, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Respondent Omni Roofing Systems LLC had withdrawn their application for licensure and the hearing currently scheduled for February 10, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
