On January 25, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Applicants had withdrawn their request for an appeal hearing and the hearing currently scheduled for February 13, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
