MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

On or about May 31, 2024, counsel for Respondent filed a Joint Status Update in which counsel represented that the parties had reached a settlement agreement and were finalizing the execution of said agreement. According to the status update, Complainant would file a dismissal upon receipt of the settlement payment in “the next 10 days”. To date, no further communication has been received by the Office of Administrative Hearings. Therefore,

The matter is continued and set for a Status Update on June 28, 2024. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.

If a status update is not received by June 28, 2024, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved and the hearing will be vacated.
