On February 28, 2024, Complainant Joseph Charles Skandera submitted a written request to the tribunal to close the above-entitled matter without a hearing.

Mr. Skander’s request provided as follows:

All construction issues have currently been repaired and the prehearing inspection has been completed. Therefore,

I request this case be closed without the hearing that was scheduled for 04/04/2024 at 9:00 AM. I do want to thank the entire ROC organization for your exceptional professionalism in supporting both the homeowner and the registered contractors throughout the complaint and inspection processes. I thought inspector Chris Allison did a great job at being completely impartial to either party and stayed focused on application of the construction standards, issues and repairs.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing is vacated and the matter is remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
