On June 12, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Complainant had advised the Registrar that he wished to withdraw his claim to the Recovery Fund, and therefore, the hearing currently scheduled for July 20, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
