On December 4, 2023, the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Notice of Registrar of Contractor’s Quash Order and Request to Vacate Hearing because the Registrar had issued an order quashing the Notice of Administrative Award, the appeal of which gave rise to this hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
