HEARING

On December 28, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that “on December 23, 2022, the Registrar received communication from Gerardo Peregrina, owner of All Spectrum Builders, LLC, indicating his desire to withdraw his appeal and cancel the hearing.”

Based upon Respondent’s withdrawal of its appeal, and sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
