HEARING

On February 9, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of License Denial Quash Order and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that following a settlement conference between the parties, the Registrar issued an Order quashing the Notice of License Denial, the appeal of which is the subject of the hearing in this matter.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
