On February 16, 2023, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate/Withdraw Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that it wished to withdraw the complaint at this time and would refile later if necessary. As such, the hearing currently scheduled for February 22, 2023, is not necessary. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
