On July 28, 2023, Respondent, through counsel, filed an Unopposed Motion to Dismiss the Citation with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Respondent advised: “the Parties have settled and fully resolved this matter. The Respondent hereby requests that the Citation be dismissed and the Registrar’s file on this matter be closed. The Complainant does not oppose this motion.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
