On March 31, 2023, Complainant filed a Motion to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which Complainant advised that he no longer wished to pursue this case anymore and the Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) “can decide what it thinks is deemed appropriate as the next step(s).” As a result, the hearing currently scheduled for April 17, 2023, is not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
