As was discussed during the hearing that concluded on October 30, 3023, to allow: 1. Complainant to submit the two flooring inspection reports, 2. Respondent to submit his video recording, and 3. To allow the parties an opportunity to the settle the matter prior to a written decision being administered, IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until December 18, 2023, for the sole purpose of receiving said exhibits and receiving a status update. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED setting a status update for December 1, 2023. On or before this date, the parties are advised to do one of the following: (1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a MOTION TO VACATE the hearing; (2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a MOTION TO CONTINUE and reset for STATUS by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or (3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that a decision be issued in the matter.
