ORDER

On October 31, 2023, the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) received a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing from Complainant.

On November 01, 2023, the undersigned issued an Order Vacating Hearing for the above-captioned matter that was transmitted to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) the same date.

On November 21, 2023, OAH received a Motion to Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice from Complainant.

Because the matter has already been vacated from OAH’s calendar and remanded to the Registrar, the undersigned no longer has any jurisdiction over the matter. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that Complainant’s motion is denied as moot.
