MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

As was discussed during the hearing that concluded on December 15, 2022, to allow the parties the opportunity to resolve this issues raised, this matter was set for a status update due by February 17, 2023. To date no update has been received by either party. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED holding the record open in this matter until March 20, 2023, to allow the parties to finalize a settlement. On or before March 20, 2023, the parties are advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the decision in the matter be issued.

If a status update is not received by March 20, 2023, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved and the hearing will be vacated.
