HEARING

The hearing in this matter convened on December 15, 2022. At that time, the parties reached a tentative settlement that required payments to be made over a period of time. As was discussed during the hearing, this matter was set for a status update due by February 17, 2023. No update was received by February 17, 2023, as required. On or about March 7, 2023, the Administrative Law Judge issued a Minute Entry setting an additional status update due by March 20, 2023. To date, no updates have been provided by either party. In the order setting the March 20, 2023 status date, the parties were advised as follows:

If a status update is not received by March 20, 2023, the Administrative Law Judge will conclude that the matter has been resolved and the hearing will be vacated.

As the parties have not submitted the required status updates,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
