On March 7, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) forwarded to the Office of Administrative Hearings a March 6, 2023 Notice of Settlement filed by Complainant, in which Complainant advised that the parties have resolved the matter in dispute and that the hearing currently scheduled for March 15, 2023, is not necessary.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
