On December 1, 2022, the parties filed an Amended Stipulation to Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for January 17, 2023, was not necessary. It was also noted that the prior Stipulation to Dismiss Complaint referenced the incorrect case number. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
