On November 28, 2022, the parties filed a Stipulation to Dismiss Complaint with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached an agreement to voluntarily dismiss the complaint with prejudice and the hearing currently scheduled for January 10, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
