MINUTE ENTRY - GRANTING CONTINUANCE

AND SETTING STATUS DATE

The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on November 27, 2023, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Complainant Camille Spinello Andrews appeared on her own behalf. Robert Andrews, Complainant’s husband, was present. Michael Epson appeared on behalf of Respondent Serenity Plumbing, LLC. Registrar of Contractors Investigator Christopher Fultz appeared as a witness.

The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, however, needed additional time in which to execute the terms of that agreement.

Therefore, good cause appearing, the hearing in the above-entitled matter is continued and set for a Status Update on January 16, 2024. On or before this date, Complainant is advised to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the Tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the Tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the Tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
