On February 10, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulated Notice of Settlement; Request to Vacate Hearing; and, Request to Remand Case to ROC for Closing, with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter, and requested that the hearing be vacated and the matter remanded to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”).

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
