On November 25, 2022, Complainant Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“The Registrar”) filed a Notice of Resolution and Motion to Vacate and Remand with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that “Respondent has resolved the underlying issues that led to the [Registrar’s] license denial in this matter. That being the case, the [Registrar] intends to quash its prior denial of Respondent’s license application and allow Respondent’s application to proceed.”

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
