On June 9, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulated Notice of Settlement, Withdrawal of Complaint, and Request for Dismissal with Prejudice with the Office of Administrative Hearings, in which the parties advised that they have reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and Complainant withdraws the filed Complaint. The parties further agreed that the matter be dismissed with prejudice.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
