Pursuant to Complainant’s request, the above entitled-matter was set for a status update by July 25, 2023 to allow for the performance of the terms of a settlement agreement. The parties have not notified the tribunal of the status of this matter. Therefore,

IT IS ORDERED that on or before August 7, 2023, the parties must do one of the following:

(1) Notify the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Notify the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Notify the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the matter be set for hearing.
