On August 22, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) submitted a Notice of Withdrawal and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings because Respondent had withdrawn its request for a hearing.

Pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-111, this matter is moot and a hearing is no longer necessary.

IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
