COMPLAINANT ORDER VACATING HEARING v.

Hudson Construction AZ, LLC License No. ROC 322268,

RESPONDENT

On August 5, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Final Administrative Decision and Order (Default) and Request to Vacate Hearing (“Request”) with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it revoked Hudson Construction AZ, LLC’s (“Respondent”) license in a separate matter. The Request further indicated that because Respondent’s license is revoked, “there is no longer an imminent danger to the public health, safety, or welfare necessitating the summary suspension hearing scheduled in this matter.” The Registrar requested that the hearing scheduled on August 10, 2022, be vacated. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
