ORDER

On or about August 15, 2023, Complainant Paul K. O’Connor submitted a filing entitled “Motion To Reinstate Case” (Motion). In the Motion, Complainant raised an objection “to the dismissal of case 2022A-05683-CHC-ROC.” Attached to the Motion was a Dismissal Letter in reference to Complaint No. 2023-06721. Complainant asked that the Administrative Law Judge reinstate this matter as well as case number 2023-06721.

Having reviewed the filing, the Administrative Law Judge notes that this matter, Case Number 2022A-05683-CHC-ROC has not been dismissed by either the Office of Administrative Hearings or the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Therefore, there is no need to reinstate this matter.

As to Complaint No. 2023-06721, the Administrative Law Judge does not have the authority to overturn the decision made by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED denying the Motion.
