On December 13, 2022, the Administrative Law Judge issued an Order Holding the Record Open, including the typographical error that the record would be held open until “January 2023”.

The Administrative Law Judge intended that the record would be held open until January 20, 2023. Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED that on or before January 20, 2023, they are to do one of the following:

(1) Inform the tribunal that the matter has been satisfactorily resolved by submitting a Motion to Vacate the hearing;

(2) Inform the tribunal that the parties need additional time to resolve the matter by submitting a Motion to Continue and reset for Status by 30-days, 45-days, or 60-days; or

(3) Inform the tribunal that the parties are unable to resolve their dispute and request that the decision in this matter be issued.
