HEARING

On August 15, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors issued a Notice of Hearing setting the above-captioned matter for hearing at 8:30 a.m. on September 29, 2022.

On September 28, 2022, the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) received a Stipulated Motion to Continue the Hearing Date from the parties.

As a result, on September 28, 2022, a Minute Entry – Granting Continuance was issued for the above-captioned matter whereby the parties were required to submit a Status Update on or before November 14, 2022. Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable by either party.

There is no Settlement Order on file for this case at OAH.

Because a Status Update has not been received by this date,

IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to Ariz. Admin. Code R2-19-111(4), this matter is hereby vacated from OAH’s calendar and is remanded to the referring agency for further action, if any.
