On September 28, 2022, the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) received a STIPULATED MOTION TO CONTINUE THE HEARING DATE from the parties. As a result, on September 28, 2022, a MINUTE ENTRY – GRANTING CONTINUANCE was issued for the above-captioned matter whereby the parties were required to submit a STATUS UPDATE on or before November 14, 2022. Correspondence was not returned as undeliverable by either party. There is no SETTLEMENT ORDER on file for this case at OAH. Because a STATUS UPDATE has not been received by this date, IT IS ORDERED that, pursuant to ARIZ. ADMIN.
