On February 28, 2024, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that it quashed the Recovery Fund Ineligibility Notice giving rise to the instant appeal.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
