HEARING

The hearing of this matter convened on August 11, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. Complainant Carol Castro appeared on her own behalf. Miguel Carlos appeared on behalf of Respondent M I C Homes, Inc. Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) Investigator Ruben Perez appeared as a witness. Maria Teresa VanDorien provided interpretation services.

During the course of the hearing, Complainant expressed that the issues in the filed Complaint have been resolved by Respondent, and therefore, there was no longer the need to proceed with the hearing. The parties agreed that the hearing should be vacated and the matter remanded to the Registrar for closure.

Based upon the resolution of the Complaint,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
