On June 29, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Registrar) forwarded an email from Complainant to the Office of Administrative Hearings. In the email, Complainant advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 1, 2022, was not necessary, but she had been unable to file a notice directly to the Office of Administrative Hearings. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for further action.
