On May 26, 2023, this Court issued a minute entry that advised AZ Elite Pools and Backyards, LLC (“Appellant”) that as a corporation, it is required to be represented by counsel in all court proceedings. See State v. Eazy Bail Bonds, 224 Ariz. 227, 229 (App. 2010). That minute entry further advised Appellant that Appellant’s failure to provide a Notice of Appearance by no later than June 30, 2023 may result in dismissal of the appeal.

This Court has reviewed the file in this matter and there is no proof filed that Appellant has obtained legal representation for all future court hearings.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED dismissing this matter.
