On August 10, 2022, the parties filed a Joint Motion to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they “have completed the primary terms of their Settlement Agreement, and now desire to dismiss the Complaint before the Registrar of Contractors” and requested that the hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action.
