On May 31, 2023, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors filed a Notice of Recovery Fund Quash Order and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Arizona Registrar of Contractors advised that the parties had reached a settlement of all outstanding issues in this matter and the hearing currently scheduled for July 10, 2023, was not necessary. Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
