The hearing of this matter was scheduled to convene on April 7, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. On the date and time set for hearing, Jesse Heck and Peggy Heck appeared on behalf of Complainant JD’s Pumping, LLC. Larry Leonard and Linda Leonard appeared on behalf of Respondent L A Development, Inc. The parties participated in a prehearing discussion outside of the presence of the Administrative Law Judge. As a result of that discussion, the parties determined that the outstanding balance that was the subject of the filed Complaint, had been paid in full, and therefore, the matter in dispute has been resolved.

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
