HEARING

On July 15, 2022, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Request to Vacate with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that Steffey Excavating Co. (“Respondent”) has chosen to withdraw its appeal of the Registrar’s Notice of Qualifying Party Exemption Denial, and has submitted applications for a new qualifying party for its licenses, which are under review by the Registrar. The Request further indicated that Respondent has requested that the pending hearing be vacated.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
