HEARING

On June 21, 2022, after the time set for hearing and after the issuance of a Minute Entry Continuing Hearing and Setting Status Date, the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) filed a Notice of Settlement and Request to Vacate Hearing with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the Registrar advised that the parties have reached a settlement in this dispute, and requested that the Status Update and related hearing, be vacated and the matter be remanded to the Registrar.

Sufficient cause appearing,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Registrar for any further action.
